Terms and conditions

Applicability:

On all offers, orders and agreements of the Shetlander Shop (from now on called: Shetlander Shop) apply these general conditions. Accepting an offer or placing an order implies that you accept the applicability of these conditions. Of the in these conditions can only after written notice or approval by the Shetlander Shop be deviated. These conditions respect the rights of the consumer arising from the law on the sale agreement.  Shetland Shop reserves the right to refuse orders for its own purposes. The purchase price already paid, in which case the buyer refunded without any deduction or rebate under whatever name.

Offer agreements:

All offers are binding to the Shetlander Shop. The Shetlander Shop expressly reserves the right to change prices, especially when under (legal) regulations.

Stock:

For all articles on this site applies: as long as the stock lasts. Although this site has been compiled with most care and is regularly updated, it can happen that, by delayed landing and/or other circumstances, one or more articles are not available (anymore). No rights can be derived even with printing errors. Price-, put-, color and model changes reserved. 

Prices and payments:

The prices for the products and services are in Euros, including VAT. Transmission of your order takes place within 2-3 working days after receiving your payment, unless otherwise indicated.If not in stock or long delivery time we inform you directly. If there is no stock at the supplier, any payments you have made we will return directly to you.

Swap and returns:

If your item does not meet your requirements or has a defect, please contact us first! Then you can return the article in original packaging, with the tags still attached, article may not be used (you may fit) and with the invoice within 14 calenderdays of invoice date, back to our webshop. The package must be complete with postage prepaid. Shipping cost for a placed order will not be reimbursed by us. Shipping charges for the exchange of an item outside the Netherlands, will not be reimbursed by us.  Special ordered articles, we can not take back. Items that are returned to us outside the 14 calenderdays we calculate cost of 30% of the purchase amount (unless otherwise discussed with us). The costs of returning goods are for your own account.

Steps exchange / return:

1. Sign your return within 14 calenderdays of the date of the invoice via info@shetlandershop.nl
2. You will receive a confirmation and instructions
3. Send your shipments within the discribed in the original packaging (+ cards on the items) with the original invoice to usreturn
4. After receiving your item we will exchange or refund your money and we will contact you. Dispatches:  Shetlander Shop is not not liable for lost or search package shipments. We are also not liable for damage to packages. Your package is shipped with PostNL. Shipping costs will be calculated according to the current prevailing PostNL-rates.

Warranty:

What warranty provisions apply depends on the item you purchased from us. 

Delivery time:

Shetlander Shop has a maximum delivery period of 30 working days, after the 30 days, you may cancel your order as a customer.

In general the following rules apply:

The buyer is required to treat a guarantee to continue to use the Shetlander Shop, before he will recover elsewhere. The warranty does not extend to compensation for damage to persons and property, due to the malfunction, or any additional costs for the buyer might arise. If a complaint can not be properly settled between the buyer and the Shetlander Shop, the supplier of the article asked for advice. User traces are not covered by warranty! Damage caused by external influences are not covered by the warranty. The receipt is your guarantee.
